REFUND & CANCELLATION
Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs Shri Hanuman Balaji Charitable Diagnostic Centre within 48 hours from the time of booking. 10% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of invoice. The Customer can contact us through e-mail id, in case of cancellation and refund.
The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refundable by any other mode.
Payment Policy
All services offered by Organization are charitable and offered on a fixed/flat fee basis which is very low as compared to other institutions in the medical services and therefore, are not subject to any deductions or negotiations.
For all services, payments shall be made in advance from the website online or can be paid manually at the organization.
The said information shall not be utilized and shared by the organization with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulations or court order.
